Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Flocelo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flocelo website ("Site") located at https://www.flocelo.com/ and the purchase of Notion templates offered for sale ("Products"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. General Information

  • Age Restriction: The Site is intended for individuals aged 13 years and older. By purchasing a Product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

2. Products and Technical Requirements

  • Flocelo sells digital templates for Notion ("Products"). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a valid Notion account and the basic knowledge required to use the platform. Flocelo is not responsible for any compatibility issues with the user's software or system.
  • Notion Plan Dependencies: Some templates may include features that are only functional with specific Notion subscription plans (e.g., Plus, Business, or Enterprise). This can include, but is not limited to, native charts, advanced permissions, or specific automations. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the appropriate Notion subscription to access and use these premium features. Flocelo is not responsible for features that are unavailable due to a customer's Notion plan limitations, and the lack of a required subscription does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
  • Notion is a registered trademark and is used on the Site with permission from Notion. Flocelo is not affiliated with Notion.
  • Products are sold as-is. It is the customer's responsibility to review all available information, such as product descriptions, language, and images, before purchasing. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the product's features and functionalities as described.
  • Products cannot be redistributed, shared, or resold without prior written consent. Licenses marked as "Teams" allow sharing within the purchasing team only.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

  • Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal.
  • Prices are listed in USD. Taxes, including VAT, may be automatically applied by LemonSqueezy based on your location.
  • No Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital goods, refunds are not offered once a purchase is completed. Please review the product details, features, languages, and previews carefully before buying. Disagreement with a characteristic or feature of the product after purchase does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

4. Acknowledgment of Purchase Terms

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and understand the following:

  • a) You are purchasing a digital product with instant access, and as such, all sales are final.
  • b) You have reviewed the product description, its features, and any available previews, and you confirm that it is suitable for your needs.
  • c) You have read and accepted our 'No Refund Policy' as detailed in Section 3.

5. User Conduct

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Site or its content without permission.
  • User reviews and comments must be respectful and relevant to the Products. Inappropriate content may be removed.

6. Intellectual Property and Limited Use License

  • All designs, logos, trademarks, and content displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of Flocelo.
  • By purchasing a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the template for your personal or internal business use. This license does not grant you any rights of ownership.
  • You may not:
    • a) Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Product or a modified version of it.
    • b) Claim the design or any of its elements as your own.
    • c) Use the Product to create templates for sale or free distribution.

7. Third-Party Links

  • The Site may contain links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Flocelo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites.

8. Email Communication

  • By purchasing a Product, you agree to receive email communications, including newsletters and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of any Product shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Flocelo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site.
